Just collected a large batch of bangi cardnials on Monday night. The pair is relatively new to us - first hatch we only collected 6. Missed the release. This time we got all 20. Put them in the tank and started eating bbs right away. By morning lots of orange bellies

When they are ready please!!!!! lmk. I am only going to sell aquacultured/select net caught/rehomed fish from my garage. I would LOVE to sell any of your stuff; as well as get a breeding lesson.

Baby brine shrimp. Besides rots usually one of the first go to food sources for raising those little guys.

So with cardinals , you can skip rots altogether?

Usually you can skip the rots. These guys are so small that I feed both for the first week or so. Chris - we are saving some for you....

Good link to breeders is Marinebreeder.org. They have experienced board that will be happy to help. Look at back pages and stickies. We have experience with seahorses, clowns and cardinals. No tangs or angels maybe one day....

I think I read something about the way tangs breed in open water it's very difficult maybe impossible to recreate the same situations in our tanks for their success.
