I would suggest a 15 tall for seahorses. A 10 doesnt provide the height they need. A full grown horse (depending on species) could reach at least 1/2 of the tank height or more. 15 tall is excellent for them and not much more to maintain. Use macros algaes a few rocks and keep it horses only. Less chance of disease. They are great to watch.

If you want an ereactus, a 20g high is suggested as the starting point. For a 10g, sectioning part of the tank off as a sump and using the other part for a herd of dwarfs seahorses should work well.
