Looks like the cobia are starting to run. The first cobia was caught last week off Pensacola beach. Has anyone else caught any? What is everyone catching?

I fell off the boat next to the beach on friday.. it wasn't too bad.. I will say that I would not intentionally get in the water yet.. some are less of a baby than me though. Lol

I'm a big baby. I can wait. But my pool is warming fast this year. This will probably be the first year in a while that I won't need to employ some type of solar warmer to get my pool ready for my Memorial Day party.

Nice little red. Saw a nice 85 pounder that was caught a couple days ago. Cant wait to hit the east jetties in a couple more weeks. I Don't mind hitting the smaller stuff :)

85lbs is stupid huge. I mostly fish pretty far up in the bay. Top of the slot is about as big as u regularly see em here.. this one was just over 17. My first red in quite a while. If it's nice tomorrow I'm going for some sheepshead in Pcola pass.

I have always wanted to catch a cobia and catch a black drum. Don't ask me how I haven't caught a black drum after fishing around here for five years, but I still haven't.

The 85lber was a cobia lol. Should have said that lol. Biggest red I have personally caught was only around 35. It was a hell of a fight off the jetties use light gear.

Well I did ok Monday on sheepheads. Yesterday I hit some spots by my house and right at dusk it caught fire.. every dock with a light was holding trout and reds.. good time.. had a bit of an incident with the trolling motor but all is well. Lesson learned.

I was on vacation last week and got to go a few times Big bulls running out at 3MB. I love to catch'em from the yak. All fish ranged from 35-39 inches and all released safely. I caught around 10 of them but all the pics start looking the same after a while.

Anyone catching any Spanish near shore? So tempted to hit the jetties right now just to bow up a couple times. Dust my reels off before I start trying to tag the pompano :)

A friend just snagged a 3.5' king a mile offshore from pickens. I have no reports on Spanish.. I haven't been out for macks yet this year.
