I can vouch for the varios pumps being great. That’s what I have. I have my apex controlling mine but it is controllable from its own controller just have limited options. Great pump though and that’s a decent deal Aaron is tossing out. Think they are about $300 new Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had actually thought about an angel but I have always been scared of what they would eat. I may try one in this tank since not really doing sps. Richard Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I have those too. I cannot tell they hurt anything but I can tell you they spread and I think are getting a little unsightly. I have not tried to remove them as of yet. Richard Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I know one thing for sure is it weighs as much as a tank. Glad to help, was great hanging out. Richard Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
What powerheads do you have and how big is the tank. A lot of times you just end up with dead spots that are hard to combat. If you are light on flow you could add one and aim it at the spot, if you have plenty maybe just a redirection of your current ones would work. Fighting cyano takes a while so try changing flow pattern and suck as much out as you can and see if it helps. Chemi clean will make it go away but in my experience it just comes back. Hopefully you can get it taken care of. Richard Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
